How does Buyer Protection work?
1. Contact the Seller - Most sellers are pleased to immediately resolve any problem.
2. If you were unsuccessful to resolve the problem with the seller, open a dispute to get a refund on your order.
If you think that a seller (or a buyer) has violated The Swan Market trading rules, you have the ability to send report to our team for review. This will help us to make sure we provide you a safety buying and selling experience.
Don't pay directly to the seller's account. If you receive proposals from the sellers to complete transactions directly with him instead of via THESWANMARKET.COM, we advise you no to obey, but report it to us as soon as possible.
If you accept the seller’s proposal, you will not be entitled to our Buyer Protection. If the items you receive are not what you expected, or if they fail to arrive, THESWANMARKET.COM cannot help you get a replacement or refund.

If you're looking for a specific item, Search is the better option.
Use the Search box at the top of any Theswanmarket.com page. To find a Iphone, for example, use the search phrase "Iphone". Narrow your search by adding brand names or other features such as color etc.
Then click “Search”, and all the matched results will come out, as in the following example.

A: No credit card / debit card is required to create your shop at THESWANMARKET.COM. Your PayPal business account is required for verification purposes to register with us. There will be no charges to your PayPal account until your shop is open and product(s) are listed.
What is the payment method of THESWANMARKET.COM?
A: PayPal is our primary way to receive your funds from sales made through our website. Sellers funds from sales will be directly deposited to your PayPal account on Mondays except on holidays. We strongly recommend that sellers use a PayPal Business account rather than a Personal account to avoid monthly limits on payments being received.
